We may collect transaction and commercial information such as order details, subscription plan, billing cycle, renewal status, payment status, invoice information, delivery information, and customer service history.

We may collect cloud and device content information such as video recordings, snapshots, event markers, device status records, playback history, retention settings, and other content uploaded or generated through cloud-enabled features.

We may collect communications and support information such as support tickets, chat content, complaint details, emails, call notes, and request history.

We may collect marketing and engagement information such as your preferences, campaign participation, survey responses, and interactions with messages or promotional content.

3. Sources of Information

We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the services and connected devices, and from third parties such as payment processors, app stores, mini program platforms, logistics providers, analytics vendors, advertising vendors, fraud prevention providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and customer support tools.

We use information to provide, operate, secure, maintain, personalize, troubleshoot, and improve our websites, apps, mini programs, cloud services, account functions, and customer support operations.

We use information to authenticate accounts, bind devices, process orders, deliver subscriptions, manage renewals, issue invoices, send notifications, administer promotions, and provide after-sales support.

We use information to detect fraud, enforce our terms, monitor performance, respond to legal requests, protect users and services, and comply with applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money. If any activity we conduct is considered a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable U.S. state privacy law, we will provide any rights or notices required by that law.

When you use connected devices or cloud video storage features, we may process device identifiers, event logs, video recordings, images, motion-triggered uploads, retention settings, and related metadata.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of cameras, monitoring devices, and recordings complies with applicable surveillance, notice, consent, employment, landlord-tenant, biometric, and privacy laws.

8. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, maintain records, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.

Recordings and cloud-stored content may be overwritten or deleted according to the applicable subscription plan, retention settings, technical design, or post-termination deletion workflow.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include encryption, access controls, logging, vendor oversight, and other appropriate safeguards.

No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, local networks, passwords, and account credentials.
